Here it happens over a cup of tea. An Aunt hands a younger woman what forty years taught her, and she is paid for it. A Darling gets the truth from somebody who has genuinely been there, at a price she can meet.
Both of them leave with more than they came with. That is the whole design.

And she is paid for it, at fifty dollars an hour, or seventy-five shared between two Darlings. It goes to her directly.

Where Every Dollar Goes

An hour with your Aunt is fifty dollars, or seventy-five shared between two Darlings, and it is paid to her directly. Aunt Tea takes none of it and processes none of it.
